We Are Family Owned
Window World of Dallas is a family business for the Rolands. CEO Jim Roland has been a Window World franchise owner for over 30 years. Now his sons, Macon and Jacob and his daughter, Sarah, are also active in the business. The Roland family philosophy can be summed up in the following words from Jim:
